Yeah in my European dense neighbourhood, some people have a private parking attached to their house (garage or lot on premise) while others have a shared parking. Now the private parking people stuff their private parking with furnace wood, DIY stuff, god knows what else and then put both their cars on the shared parking, after which they will complain loudly about not enough parking space.
