ICE was established by an act of congress (Homeland Security Act of 2002). If the law which created it is interpreted to be broad enough to allow the dismantling of free assembly, then the law is definitionally unconstitutional. Good luck getting fuck all done about it, though!

Presumably zero data retention? It seems to me that what you’d want is for it to never be processed off-device in the first place, but I suppose to each their own.
