I agree with you here, if people have no problems using Tiktok or Bilibili or Zalando, Lemmy shouldn’t be much worse.
That’s the thing. They were pricey because they were top notch, innovative and european (as in, not asian made). Easy to ‘win’ with copying and made in china.
