3 days agoI’d venture to guess often it’s someone learning to code and trying a basic project. Or even producing something entirely by AI and testing how well it produces. Or maybe they have plans for features that will come later that offer something new or better.
This is why documentation & commenting and release notes are vital, but very often the author will not bothered to do so. It’s not fun enough, but conspicuously places them in amateur status.
