You can ask your pension find if they’re aware of the bubble. They might have an option with low-AI investment

We had a meeting with my mom’s broker and my brother and I brought up the AI bubble. The broker responded with the most ridiculous nonsense. He basically said that corporate CEOs are smart people with a legal responsibility to keep their companies financially healthy and so they wouldn’t be using AI if it weren’t viable. It sounded like something handed down to him from Raymond James HQ which I’m sure it was, and it was surely written by AI in the first place.

should definitely find someone else…at best they’re actively fucking you, worst case they’re wildly ignorant about how US financial markets operate.

It’s a fund which invests in the highest-dividend stocks which, coincidentally, has almost no “ai” exposure. Basically old blue chips that are more tried and tested. Of course nothing is immune from the coming implosion, but it hopefully mitigates the risk.

I am not a financial advisor, and this is not financial advice.

Maybe you should check how much of your pension is invested where.

It can shock you how much of your money is invested in just 5 stocks.

      Then talk to an advisor
