I don’t do CAPTCHA. But since it has probably been years since I tried to solve one, I just wanted to see how shitty the UX is now that pushover consumers have likely continued to sustain the enshitification by solving the CAPTCHAs.

With uMatrix, hCAPTCHA only has a couple j/s perms to enable. Then after refreshing the screen, there are a couple more. And then couple more… and so on. I reached a point where I had to grant permission to 12 different hosts just to attempt to begin to solve an hCAPTCHA.

But the final rendering said “Rate limit exceeded”. Meaning, the assholes have decided after I granted more perms ~6 or so times, that their prejudice against me does not even merit sending me the puzzle to test my humanity. I’m so high risk that I don’t even qualify to begin a humanity test.
