I enjoyed a decent chunk of this game, but suffered a save corruption issue that destroyed about 8 hours of progress. I thought over how nothing of my cycle had changed by rewinding and decided to shut it off.
But, even if they’re derided, there are often flashes of brilliance in each Ubisoft game. I’ve mentioned how I like Legion’s gameplay commentary on violence escalation; where force is met with force, for both the fascists and Dedsec.
But why?
Because they don’t have any developers left for new games (apart from a skeleton crew set to pump out more Assassins Creed). So now they will just endlessly “remaster” their old games instead.
Because they have that shit laying around and with a marketing push and some diffusion on the textures they can make suckers pay 69.99€
Watch Dogs is 2nd fav game series
but Ubisoft needs to be flushed down the toilet
