GTA 6 is getting a $400 collector’s set filled with Vice City-themed goodies, but it won’t include a copy of the game.
That’s $570CAD for a bunch of rebranded Aliexpress tat.
I would be laughing if I didn’t know that this game will make sales and profit history.
And, I cannot stress this enough, doesn’t come with the game. Even though the game doesn’t have a disc version. They couldn’t even include a damn code.
Gamers: just let us buy a physical copy of the game

Sadly Rockstar knows their market here. This thing will sell out, and the game itself will license like hotcakes.

I understand the sentiment, but I think paying attention to this stuff is important. Like it or not, they are a huge part of the zeitgeist and they can set trends. This is one I’d like to not see. It’s important this shit is reported on and pushed back against, hard.
Pushed back? By whom? This merch set will sell out and other IP owners are envious their franchises don’t have the same ridiculous traction.
