I saw a video on spawnwave that talked today about what games people are enjoying in 2026 right now. And the different reactions of different social media/sites.
I personally am loving Wild Blue Skie s. Its just starfox. Thats what I want to play!
BALL x PIT is a whole lot of fun. I didn’t think it would be but it keeps getting better and better.
I also liked FTL back in the day so I picked up Void War . Its like warhammer + FTL and its fantastic.
EDIT: You all are great! Keep them coming! So many games (video games and otherwise) in this list!
I started playing Ember Knights with some friends after seeing it on the Steam sale on a whim
It was a hit! I spent more time this weekend with this group of friends than I have in quite a while just running through the game.
At $7 and $14 with DLC that seems to double the content, it’s very much worth it for a game that’s basically couch coop “Hades at home”.
It also supports Remote Play Together fwiw, but we’ve had mediocre luck using it
