Yeah, I just assumed it’s broken, because it really should be able to do it. The laptop it had once charged fine also complains now.

Funnily enough, my puny phone brick that goes up to 12V1.5A is enough to sustain the battery even while running standalone.

Didn’t pay much attention to it after finding the thinkpad brick. It negotiated 15V3A, but I assume the frame is never going to pull the whole 3A budget.
